Work Experience

2022 - Present | User Experience Designer at The Valley

Since joining The Valley, I have been working on projects for Nike (with creating a 3D configurator experience) and for Daikin (helping re-designing their entire Corporate website, based on creating a library of components).

2020 - 2022 | UX and UI Designer at Impartner

At Impartner, I work together with a dedicated Product Manager and Engineering team and we are responsible for 4 different products with 2 different interfaces each. Within my team, I am responsible for:
- User research with the main goal being identifying the true needs and expectations of the end-users.
- Rapid prototyping to validate initial ideas and quickly detect potential issues.
- High-fidelity mock-ups.
- Designing the entire user experience and user interface for all the different products.
- Translating the prototypes to the engineering team.
- Reviewing what has been built afterward.
- Iterate, iterate and iterate!
In addition to that, I am also helping other teams that currently lack a UX and UI designer.
I am also responsible for developing the UX research library for the UX design team as well as defining a strategy to train the different teams on how to use each method.

2019 - 2020 | Customer Success Coordinator for Google Ads at TIE Kinetix

At TIE Kinetix I was responsible for helping accounts such as Xerox, Cisco, Dell and F-Secure go live with their Google Ads campaigns for their channel partners.
In this role, I created ad-copy and designed landing pages. This was my very first contact with “UX and UI design” (since I was actually designing the pages in PowerPoint – good old days!).

Education

2022 | Foundations in Design Thinking at IDEO U

This amazing hands-on course has taught me the basic principles of design thinking: from how insights can be so powerful in triggering innovative ideas to the major impact of iteration.

2022 | Unlocking your Creativity at IDEO U

As a designer, we sometimes feel stuck or without ideas. This was a great course on how to overcome that feeling, with great tools that all designers should have in their personal kit to strive and be successful (even when they fail!).

2021 | UX and UI Designer at FLAGProfessional

This was the first step I took in becoming a UX designer – learning the foundations and basic principles of interaction, usability and user experience. I also gained relevant knowledge in HTML and CSS, which is incredibly useful when having conversations with the development teams.

2018 | Bachelor in Marketing and Advertising at IADE-U
